We pride ourselves on being affordable, dependable and flexible. We have no issue being contacted last minute for an event and often help out when client’s have their bookings cancelled. We also maintain a high standard of stock, including cleanliness. We have a large number of return customers, so we must be doing something right!

No. We understand that all event sizes and needs are different, therefore, we have no minimal spend.

We have a number of ways you can make a booking. You can add items to the quote cart and we will get back to you with a price and availability, you can call, text, email us or contact us via our Facebook page.

Yes, we do offer delivery. For weekend hires we deliver on Thursday and Fridays and collect again on Monday and Tuesdays. We do offer weekend deliveries and collections, however, surcharges apply. Delivery charges are quoted on request.

Absolutely. As we are a home based business we have a lot more flexibility with pick up and drop off times for DIY hires. All DIY hires will require suitable transport arrangements, including tie down straps and blankets (if required). We are centrally located halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast in Buccan.

Yes. We require a 20% deposit of the total booking to be paid within 7 days of receiving our invoice. This ensures your booking date is secured. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, however, is transferrable to another date.

Yes, all items require a security bond, which is refundable upon receiving the items back in satisfactory condition. The security bond varies depending on the value of your order. In the event items are damaged, lost or not returned in clean condition as per our Terms & Conditions the fee will be deducted from the security bond. Any amount owing over the security bond will be invoiced to you and payable within 7 business days. 

Our fees usually allow for 1-3 days (i.e. Friday – Monday for weekend events). If you hire for a mid-week function we usually allow for pick up/ delivery the day before and pick up/return the day after your event. Additional days can be negotiated.
